Please note that DesignersLab.io may also share or reference resources created by third parties (such as fonts, stock images, or software tools). These third-party resources are not covered by this license, and their use is subject to the license terms specified by their original creators.

DesignersLab.io Exclusive License

This license defines how our exclusive products may be used. Identifying an exclusive product is straightforward: the presence of the “Exclusive” badge on the product page indicates that a challenge or resource is an original DesignersLab.io creation. Only products with this designation are covered by these terms.

You May:

  • Use these exclusive challenges and resources in unlimited personal and commercial projects, including client work, without needing additional permission.
  • Edit, modify, customize, and combine the files or prompts to suit your project needs.
  • Use the resources in websites, applications, digital products, printed materials, social media, portfolios, and other final outputs.
  • Sell or publish the final project output (e.g., a completed website, app, or branding package) that incorporates our resources, provided the original challenge files are not sold or distributed as standalone items.
  • Use the files without mandatory attribution (though credit is appreciated).

You May Not:

  • Sell, redistribute, transfer, or give away the original or modified resource files as standalone items or as part of a bundle.
  • Make the source files available for public download outside of a final project.
  • Claim ownership or authorship of the original DesignersLab.io resources.
  • Use the resources to create a competing service of design challenges or prompts.

Important Prohibitions

  • No Redistribution: Reselling, sublicensing, or otherwise distributing DesignersLab.io exclusive products is strictly prohibited.
  • No File Sharing: Uploading the files to download websites, marketplaces, or public repositories (like GitHub, Google Drive, or community forums) is not allowed.
  • No Bundling: Bundling our resources with other items for free distribution or sale is prohibited.
